Customers may submit return or refund application within 30 calendar days after receiving the goods. Return items must remain unused, with original packaging intact and in resalable condition. Buyer is responsible for return‑shipping fees unless goods are defective, damaged or incorrectly dispatched by our side. After we receive and inspect returned merchandise, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7‑14 business working days.

Final‑sale items are non‑returnable. Damages caused by improper customer use are not eligible for return or refund.
